HTX offers structured investment plans, short-term products, and leadership reward programs. Product terms — including price, daily returns, duration, and package limits — are displayed on the platform at the time of purchase and may vary between products.

Purchasing a product constitutes acceptance of that specific product's terms, in addition to these general Terms.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits may be made via supported mobile money, bank, or crypto channels shown on the platform.
• Withdrawal requests are processed according to the method and limits shown in your dashboard.
• HTX reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual transactions.
• Transaction and conversion fees, where applicable, are disclosed before you confirm an action.

6. Referrals & Rewards

Users may earn referral bonuses, leadership rewards, and spin-wheel rewards by inviting others and remaining active on the platform. HTX reserves the right to adjust reward structures, and to withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraudulent referrals, fake accounts, or abuse of the referral system.

7. Risk Disclosure

All investment products carry risk. Past performance or advertised returns are not a guarantee of future results. You should only invest amounts you are prepared to risk, and are encouraged to review each product's terms carefully before purchasing.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to exploit referral or reward systems.
• Use the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt platform systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false verification information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on HTX — including logos, branding, product designs, and platform software — is the property of HTX or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from market conditions, third-party payment providers, or events outside our reasonable control.

11. Suspension & Termination

HTX may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the platform or other users. Where possible, we will notify you of the reason for such action.
